At PAK Billboard ("we", "us", or "our"), respecting and protecting your personal information and commercial data is paramount. This Privacy Policy details the types of personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is safeguarded, and how you may exercise your privacy rights under Pakistani digital data norms.
2. Information We Collect
Your full name, email address, password hash, phone number, and terms acceptance record.
Business name, physical address, city, category, contact channels (WhatsApp, phone, website), logos, and cover images.
Invoice IDs, verified advertising amounts, payment channel receipts, and banking reference numbers. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
Reviews submitted, ratings, review verification status, and claim documentation.
3. Google Places API & External Data
PAK Billboard integrates with Google Places API (New) to provide accurate location discovery for businesses in Pakistan. When you search for or connect a business, Google Places data (place name, address, latitude/longitude, rating, reviews) is retrieved and displayed. Use of Google Maps and Places features is governed by the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Analytics & Event Tracking
We record non-personally identifiable operational telemetry (profile views, website outbound clicks, WhatsApp clicks, phone call clicks) to compute honest dashboard analytics for business owners. We do not sell user behavioral data to third-party ad networks.
5. Data Retention & Security
Your account and business information are stored on enterprise-grade PostgreSQL servers in secure cloud facilities with SSL/TLS encryption in transit and rest. Data is maintained for the lifecycle of your active account or until a verified deletion request is received.
6. User Rights & Data Requests
